I have a 2004 S430. Woke up yesterday morning to the front passenger side collapsed. Car warning, do not drive, car too low. Tried to shut the car off, restart, pushed the car lift button and the one that looks like a shock. A couple of hours later, the driver side also dipped down. Ended up having it towed to the garage. Still waiting for them to look at it. What could this be?
