RPM not stable

Hi guy, Can anyone kindly give me some advise regarding my mercedes e class 2003 w211 e320 model. I have send to some specialist garage but they cant find any faulty part causing the problem and advise me to drive on until worst but i do worry may cause more damage and cost more for the repair. The problem i have is the RPM not stable sometime at red light stop or slowing down from 70mile to 30mile or below and do have sometime on slow traffic around 20-30mile... Today is the worst, when i driving from 50 slow to 20 at roundabout the car suddenly stop with all light on without moving and the gear has to more to N and restart again to keep on moving. I do assume may fuel pump problem but not 100% sure and do not wish to pay for labour as not 100% sure the causing. Hopefully some kind heart person may have some idea about my problem. Many thanks and appreciate your time for reading my post.

Find a shop that knows MB cars and have them provide you a copy of a quick diagnostic test. That test will list the faults that then you yourself can fix!
