We were exploring our E400 and discovered the fragrance defuser jar in the glove box. Does anyone know how long these jars usually last? I’ll admit it is a nice feature, but my wife and I are both curious how long we can expect the canisters to last. I realize that driving habits, HVaC use and environmental factors will impact how long they last.

OJ, they usually last a good amount of time. You can always turn then off through the comand system. They are pulsed on and off (5 min on then 5 min off) so the passengers do not get used to the smell. When they run out you can always put any cologne or perfume of your choice in the jars.
