Help!! Dealer Scam!
My 2003 S55 was towed to the white plains meredes benz dealership 2 weeks ago for repairs, since a person driving a 2000 BMW 325ci feel asleep and crashed into me. Now, this is what really really upsets me. The car went in with 3126 miles and came out with 3948 miles. What can I do?? Obviously somebody took the car out. Please advise! Any help would be appreciated.
I already lefted a voice for the owner of the dealership.. what can i do? legally? what repayment should i be asking for? Thanks!!

Just my $.02 on it:
A few months back when the MB dealer kept my car nearly a month due to their incompetence at the service dept., I asked them make a month’s payment on the car. After another few months of consideration, they finally agreed that was a reasonable request and sent me a check.
Also, search the archives to see what other people have asked for when MB screws up. I recall someone getting a new steering wheel since that’s what they wanted. You need to decide the worth/value to you of those 822 miles that they put on your car. At the very least make them do a thorough checkout of your car since you have no idea as to how those miles got there (a computer malfunction or did your car actually get driven the distance.)
