000ff

I recently swapped out a non-facelift bumper for a facelift one on my CLA and everything fits 100% like the screws and tabs, but the wheel liner arch is not fitting and hits the tires at high speeds. I think it might due to a significant increased in airflow since the new bumpers are straight up opened compared to old where it is closed. I tried fitting a new wheel liner from a facelift car bought from the dealer and it still doesn't solve the issue, any ideas?
