Did you try to lookup the current version of the part? I know they are still available, or they were a couple months ago. What's your VIN, i'll check. Which one do you need, front or rear?

That does show as the latest part in EPC, I can have one of the parts guys check if it's been superseeded in Paragon tomorrow when I get to work, I don't have access to that at home. Strange though, I know those things are available.
I see a non-4matic has A2203200389, which shows on your VIN if I remove the filters. It also comes up if I look up an ABC car, like an S55, so it may be slightly different length. Same part # for left and right on either car.
What part of the world are you in? All those part # results on google come up in europe/russia for me.

I am in New Jersey. I got a hold of the 389 part and it is too long.. And yes it seems I find the number in Russia. The only other thing I can think of is trying to replace end piece on arm but not sure if they will come off without destroying

Only suggestion would be aftermarket, you could buy the kits sold as "lowering links", and just match them to stock sizing. They are simply threaded rod with the appropriate socket to clip onto the ball on the sensor lever. I can't believe they are discontinued, I had to get one for a local guy with an S500 not that long ago and I was able to grab one in stock. I will investigate more tomorrow, now i'm curious.
Also, if you installed longer ones, and then had the car properly leveled afterward, it would work just fine. The height would be off until you had it recalibrated though.

Bought some one eBay working good
I bought a set on eBay and they swapped right in. Same overall length as the original ones and I didn't get an airmatic message afterwards. Search 2203202589 Mercedes and they show up had them on for over 6 months now without a problem.
