I'm wondering if anyone have this type of rear entertainment setup? I just bought one and installed it on my 2016 e350, but it only stays on for about 3 minutes and then both monitors shut off. I'm also surprised the sound doesn't go through the speakers and only through headphones. The dealer doesn't know anything about this DVD setup even though it's a Mercedes product. I thought they'd have to set something up through the COMAND unit but they insist they don't have an option to turn it on. Any thoughts? Thanks!
