Recommendation for MB dealer in (or that will deliver to) North California

Looking to get 2018 (or 2019 if it comes to that) GLS450 and wondering if anyone can recommend dealers either in North California or that would cost-effectively deliver to North California (San Francisco Bay Area). Cost is primary focus. In other brands I've come across "go to" people who were consistently extending best deals - so any referrals are appreciated.
