Need help Identifying Getrag dogleg Transmission
Hey Guys,
Just looking for some help in identifying an old dogleg transmission I came to own recently. I was trying to find a Getrag database that would help me narrow my search, but it doesn’t seem like anything is readily accessible. My mechanic, as well as some of my research is pointing towards it being off of a W201 190E 16V car, and some indications of it belonging to an Evo car. I will attach some photos for your reference, but the identifying serial number on it is as follows:
201 260 04 01 717.404 00 019 958
Please let me know if there is a better way to help nail down what car it came from, or if someone knows the answer to please share! Thanks!
*Note: the photo with the serial number is attached but is showing up cut off on my phone. If you click on it you should be able to see the serial number
