Merceds loaner cars at Mercedes dealerships...????

well the C240's are owned by Enterprise rent-a-car here at Mercedes Benz of Fresno, so you have to go to Enterprises office(at the dealership) to rent the car, there's really no way to avoid the fee, which sucks. My family is good friends with one of the service advisors, and once, he took care of all of the paper work for a loaner(it was a Jeep Liberty), and gave it to us for free, wow. Also, my mom had a C240 for not even a full day(maybe 6 hours) and they still charged her $15 for the car!!! Also, we did not buy our cars from this dealership, my mom's side of the family owns a Mercedes dealership in another city,I don't know if that has anything to do with the charge or not
