Headlights not aligned s550
Hello everyone, when i manually turn my headlights on/off i can see the passenger side headlight go up and down and then settle somewhere in the middle. The drivers side just comes on with no movement.
This got my attention because drivers approaching are flashing me as if my brights are on.
Are there motors in the headlight assembly? Is there an easy fix or must i go to the dealer? Any idea how much?
It is an 2007 S550.

Upon further investigation i am assuming the drivers side auro leveling headlight is not working properly.
has anyone experienced this?. It could be a minor fix or expensive fix.
anyone have an idea what a dealer would charge?

So here is the diagnosis so far. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix it.
C1013 (5013) communication fault between component E1n1 ( xenon headlamp control module and E2n1 ( xenon headlamp control module.)
How much?.. where?
