well could not find that wheel in our benz parts catalog, but our wheel, which looks very similar is called the 5 twin spoke, part number for sl is b6-647-4100
it is 8.5x18 offset is 44 in the c class and the slk it is b6-647-1671, and is a 7.5x17 and is a 37 offset. available through mercedes benz. the wheel you have pictured may be an older version 1-2 years old
