Angry Anyone else scammed by Suburban Auto Parts?
Wondering if scam is their normal operation or I am unlucky. Ordered an expensive part for my GLS 450 from them, they sent a different catalog number. Never responded to my emails so I opened a dispute. They immediately responded and asked to send the part back, which I did back in February. After that they claimed the refund was processed but it never happened. They refuse to provide any proof that the refund was made saying they have not control over it anymore. The bank is not helpful as transaction was more than 90 days ago. I am sure they never refunded the purchase and had no intent to do so.
Anyone else had this experience with Suburban? If not, beware of this.
