I had a 92 E320 previously and it was a great car, very solid and reliable. My son will be 18 son and I'm shopping for something for him, and something for myself that gets decent MPG, solid and reliable. For him it'll most likely be something Japanese, and my only/DD now is my built-lifted GX 460/LC Prado 150, and about 11-12 MPG. Needless to say it won't be hard to surpass that in the MPG category, but I'm wanting another Benz for myself, something say $4000 or less, nothing fancy. I did see a C280 that was manual trans locally, but that might be a unicorn. I'm 6'2 245 so the E-class is definitely more roomy like a W124, but I'm here to get some other opinions, Thanks in advance, PFA
