What has been your experience with Mercedes Customer Support?
Unfortunately, I have had to call them multiple times for Roadside Rescue and other customer service related issues. My experience has been horrendous and appalling. Without exception, the call is always answered by someone who is not qualified for a job at Walmart. Their skills are very minimal and in every case errors were made or they were unable to understand what I was calling about. One time I was hung up on because the rep, a native English speaker, had a very poor command of the English language and I had to keep asking him to repeat what he was saying.
My only point of comparison was a call to Audi many years ago and the service was phenomenal with multiple follow-ups from corporate and local dealership. Just curious what your current experience has been.
