I have a 2022 GLC300. Is it required to have Service-A and Service-B done at a Mercedes dealer in order to maintain the validity of the new vehicle warranty? Or is it okay to have the service done at a reputed local foreign car service shop as long as they do the things specified in the scheduled service? (The price difference is phenomenal).

yes as long as things listed are done then they cannot deny warranty on those items or items affected by them.

Example say you do not change cabin filter as described but engine blows up - they have to cover it.
Same example except blower motor blows up - well then maybe they cover it maybe they dont if they can sow not replacing filter was cause....

Simple really
use your indy and make sure he does what is listed in YOUR service/maintenance manual in your glovebox.
