Hello, I have a 2012 e350 bluetec and I have a problem with the illumination lighting for the console (radio and door buttons). Also, the buttons on the dash doesn’t light up as well. At night I can’t see anything when I try to select mode for air flow or radio controls, because the buttons lighting not showing. I’ve checked fuses for illumination and ambient and they all seem to be good. Can someone point me in the direction I need to go for this? PS: yes I did go into the settings menu and made sure my backdrop lighting (dimmer) was up all the way and made sure lights were on.
