[Need Help] How to verify an used car is CPO?
Hi Everyone!
I am new here and buying my first Mercedes (a used 2021 GLE 53) from a MB dealer. The sale stated the car is a 100% certified pre-owned. But i could not find it in Carfax report or MB USA inventory (the car is under pre-owned category but not CPO): https://www.mbusa.com/en/cpo/inventory/vehicle. The explanation he gave was there was a recent recall regarding GLE class making it cannot be marked as CPO.
I asked a CPO check report but he said it was not available and can give to me on Monday. Should i be worried on this or i there is anyway to verify the car is CPO or not?
Thank you!
