So I have a 2024 Mercedes GLB 250 with around 3000 miles. I have had "Reversing Not Possible" about 20 times. At first I thought it was a backup camera issue and took it to a Mercedes dealer a couple of times. They told me its just how the camera works. Gave me a piece of paper about camera calibration. Ok.

It kept happening. So I searched the issue. Its NOT a camera problem, this is the transmission. When this happens, it will NOT shift into a higher gear as stated by others.

The dealership has lied to me.

I posted this in the general forums because I've learned its happened with many models. Any suggestions?
