Any particular reason you want them cleaned now at 200k miles? I'm assuming you don't intend to pull your injectors to inspect and clean. If you're just talking about running chemicals through your fuel system, Techron is fine, or anything else that has PEA in it. I think Gumout Regane Complete Fuel System Cleaner is probably the best bang for the buck. Some people swear by Redline SL1. I tend to be a pragmatist- if you've been running Top Tier gas, and you're not noticing poor running or poor fuel economy, and you have no reason to suspect fuel dilution in your motor oil, your injectors are probably doing just fine.
