I feel like I missed a meeting. When did BenzNinja depart this forum and under what circumstances ? It's not unusual for vendors to get bounced from forums if they play fast and loose with the rules. Did that happen here ?
He's always been polite and professional in all of my interactions with him. Perhaps his confidence can come of as cocky and I too really question his business acumen - pay one price and then support your users "forever"? Doesn't seem like he thought that one through very well personally, but other than that I have no complaints with him or the services he has done for me.

I dunno man. You have 31 posts here....(may or may not mean anything). Peter has a stellar reputaion here and on other MB forums.
With any repair, things happen. God knows if a mechanic looks at an M157 a freaking water line may break. Many things can happen. As for his refund policy? Heck, I would have the same. You have his TANGIBLE items. "Work Product" has no real value beyond the skills of the person providing it. His tuning things? Yeah, I would get them back, verify functional and then look at a refund.
I am not sure what country Peter is in (or State). But, becareful - slander is tough battle to fight. You done and went openly public about it BEFORE you even attempted to send his things back to him.

Exposing how his "own" made software when is copyrighted and "own" solution when is leached from mbworld can't "damage a person’s or entity's reputation", more likely protect the ones who is in need

We tell them to leave the building and never come back. Last year we had to have a woman trespassed from our building.. the consumer market is a two-way street.

Sometimes the text messages seem abrupt, but I understand the meaning. Sending you "to the dealer" is like saying, “You have a hardware problem or something I cannot diagnose remotely. If this doesn’t work, I suggest you go to the dealer.”
