That is just one of the two buildings Brian. They were 85% sold out late last fall when I toured the place with an agent and fellow forum members, notably Mary and Bill (the CL contributors.) At that time the low price was $2.1 million for 2100 square feet. Recent information indicates the prices have dropped significantly and I am sure there are some foreclosures as well as desperation sales going on. I am sure the $23 million penthouse may be vacant...
Here is a shot of the entire complex with two more towers scheduled but I am sure that is delayed. Only about 2.5 miles from my house. A few more pics are on my site listed in the signature.

Dark, wet weather
I took a nice shot of my GL in front of some mountains yesterday, during the rain. It's not often I have a good combination of lighting, background, car, time, and what little photographic talent I have to show off the beauty of my baby.

We have also had strange hot/cold, dry/wet weather... have not been out to the desert but suspect it will be greener than normal this year.
