Just painted. Once the better weather gets here and I can pull wheels off without sinking in mud, I want to redo them and give them a little better finish, maybe toss a star logo on each just because. Not sure where along the line they got the red treatment, but I don't really mind lol. Fortunately for me, I found this one in black and every option I could want. In a way, glad the first one I found didn't work out, since it led me to this one shortly after!

Installed custom waterproof mats. AKA Diamond mats. Love it.
I didnt get grey because my OEM grey mats get dirty looking. black and beige stitch IMHO works out better and give it some contrast..
They came 3 row / 4pc set. couldnt really get a good picture of the third row mats. but they are well fitted
currently $85 on ebay. I say it is a good buy. they are vinyl and have pretty good water persistence performance.

While our GL is used 95% of the time as a single occupant commuter... that remaining 5% it makes a great family camping vehicle!

Love the color. I was actually about to pick up a 2010 gl550 in that color, but for the amount of driving I do it didnt make sense. Ended up with a 2010 black GL450 (though I still want a 550, this should hold me down for some time)

Took my GL320 on some trails up to a private lake. We got the camp site no one else wants because of the steep 8' decline into the parking spot. Really impressed with the offroading prowess and air ride these things have.
2008 GL320 CDI 100K miles - owned for 2yrs and 10K miles.
Black Friday purchase (kind of a divorce celebration with my GF)
Here's my previous family hauler - 1994 Saab 900 Aero 5MT - 305K miles

Thanks, it's a nice change in a sea of silver and white vehicles! Looks even better IRL.

Few photos of my 2007 GL500
Here are some photos of my car, I have some issues with ECU that was burned due to the voltage regulator giving peaks of 14.8 to 15.2V and took a long time for me to find someone to fix it.
Of course I had some more issues with it, but with the help of this forum all had been solved, thank you for everyone!

How much tongue weight do you have on your trailer when your boat is fully loaded with fuel, gear, and beer? The triple axle trailer on your 25’ Malibu vs the twin axle trailer probably helps since the GL only has 600# tongue weight rating which is less than 10% of the total trailer weight rating.
