18" or 19" wheels?

I went to my dealer today to finalize my order for the GL320, and i have everything spec'd except whether to go with the Appearance Pkg/19" wheels or stick with 18's.

I drove the 450 with both, and the 18's seemed to give a slighter better ride.

What are the pros/cons of each size and why would one choose to have one over the other. Primarily, if it helps, i'm concerned with the best/most comfortable ride/handling possible.

I"ve been told i have to finalize Monday as my build date is approaching fast. HELP!

P.S.> How ridiculous is it that you can't get a wood wheel with rear heated seats...bad package planning.

benefit of 19" over 18" is appearance. that's about it.

yes, it is almost laughably sad that you can't get the heating package with the wooden steering wheel. you'd think maybe they'd disable the heated steering wheel but offer the rear seat heaters instead of not offering it at all.

I had a wooden heated steering wheel on my G500, cant see why they cant do the same for the GL.
