How long...
...does it generally take for a concept vehicle from Mercedes (ie: the GL 420) to make it to dealer channels? Coming from BMW, my understanding is that MB is faster, but is it generally over or under a year?
One of the threads I read on this suggested that it would be 2008, which leaves me wondering if that is model or calendar year.
