Have you tried working the other direction..........haveing the phone attempt to locate the vehicle? You will have to go to the bluetooth menu on the razr and work from there..........

First try re-booting the phone. Sometimes Bluetooth just hangs on the phone end, especially if used with another Bluetooth device and then back to the MB.

Second, as the first writer suggested, initiate "headset" connection from the phone.

Once on my GL the phone Bluetooth hung and "crashed" Command on the GL - just froze it up. I had to turn off the car AND the phone to clear the jam. Long story short, I figured out it was the phone hanging, not Command.

I had problems when the phone was not in the GL (or not turned on) when I started it. There is a ~30sec "window" when the GL will sync with the phone, and if the phone isn't in the car or turned on during that 30 seconds, they will not pair. After that time, and the phone is in the car and on, push the "TEL" button to pair them.

This may not be your problem, but it caused me some concern because my other cars will sync at any time, not just the first 30 seconds.

Bluetooth fix

Thanks guys. For some reason the Razr Bluetooth power was off on the phone. Reset and all is well.
