There are ribs and then there is Cabbage Soup...a hard choice by any standard.

Whoever plans to get a GL550 had better be ready for $80K plus for the delivered package. I may be high on the base but I think I am low on a "nicely equipped" GL550. If a loaded GL320CDI goes for over $75K then a GL550 (with a 382HP V8) with all the "free goodies" plus the desired extras (KG and RSE) will easily top that by $10K. Also remember the price increases for '08 models.

I agree. It's just that I hope the base price is under $80K. Add in the options I've selected, along with the government's cut and this puppy will approach $90K here in Colorado.
