Razr V3xx

I picked up a new Razr V3xx phone today, to replace my V551. The 551 had complete functionality, but the V3xx is having problems. It paired with the GL just fine, but the phone book isn't transferring at all.

It tries to load the phone book, but after a bit replies with "list empty" in the mfd. I have some numbers in the phone and some in the SIM card. Anyone have this problem or have any ideas? I'm bummed!

Geez, I'm sure I'm not going to be much of a help by saying this, but my guess is that the GL is incompatable with the phone.
Hmm, I would return the phone too because the RAZR2 comes out next month. I'm not sure if that phone will work or not, but at least you will have the latest and greatest in terms of phones.
The RAZR2:

I use the RAZR V3 in my S and have the BT Cradle set up for it. It works perfectly and I intend to just transfer the module and the phone to the GL connection. It may be the model of the RAZR you have that is causing the problem as indicated by cjh. As I have indicated I use two phones and have the RAZR forward calls to my iPhone when I am unavailable in the car.

My wife uses a Razr in her 2007 S550 and it pairs and downloads the phonebook perfectly. Takes a little time but does it well. It could be the puck or module that you are using may not be compatible with that phone. My wife is using the old one.
B67875839-Old Part works on her Razr
B67875878-New Part

Hope this helps

I'm frustrated as well. I had the old Razr and it worked perfectly. I broke it and went to the new Krazr. Only the phonebook loads. No dialed or received numbers. Additionally, you cannot use the speed dial feature as well. I'm so frustrated.
