NJ, I know I'm late to your party, but that is a great looking GL! If I had your wheels, my Brabus' would still be at the seller's shop. Having gone through the trials and tribulations of the 320 fiasco with you, I am glad this one is here and I know you are elated with it.

Now if I can just learn where the front, side and back are so I can keep it in the correct lane and be able to park it. It is a BIG vehicle!

I agree on the Parktronic and BU camera...used both all the time with the S. I think the picture on the GL is better than the one on the S. The S had Park Assist with a bunch of red, blue and yellow lines...never did figure out how to use them all.

I'm not too crazy about the cargo tray and storage box. However, it comes with the cargo divider net which installs behind the 2nd row. That in my mind will be worth its weight in gold when it's time to travel with our dog.

Here are a few close-ups and one showing my license plate. Cops love us veterans so it never hurts to advertise. I hope to get some good interior shots tomorrow...the blue glass makes exposure and accurate color difficult.

Thanks Mary. For some reason the 40D seems so much easier to adjust settings and the focusing is much quicker and more accurate I think. Anyway, hope to get some really good ones by the weekend...

Those beautiful rims...
The AMG rims have to be one of the key features of the GL550. Pictures do not do them justice.
