I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt since you put a 
in your thread title. I love reading these things though. Anybody with any knowledge of the combustion efficiency and fuel conversion efficiency of modern engines could tell you that any massive gain on a standard engine is impossible. Modern engines run at around 98% combustion efficiency, so how could you possible gain 31%? You can't. But a fool and his money...
