Dead Gl450
It is at dealer and no one is able to figure out why this happened.
This is what I do know...
Gas was low, but yellow light had just come on according to wife. Dealership says that it was not lack of gas.
The dealer told me the battery was dead this morning. When I picked wife up from the middle of the highway the windows, lights etc,.,,, were working. The car did not turn over when pushing start button, it would chug then fail.
Giving me a loaner and they are not sure if it is a major electrical problem. Let's see less than 4500 miles, build date 4/07.
This suxs, the wife is all over me because I traded out her GX470 that gave us zero problems the 3 1/2 years we owned it. She wants me to sell it and go bnck to Lexus to get the LX570. What makes it worse is I agree that we need a truck that is reliable esp. with two little ones she brings back and forth daily.

knepster - please don't take the jokes in the wrong way. I am sure we all wish that this wouldn't have happened to you and hope you get your car back ASAP with no more problems.
Also, had light and wiper sensor light up in cluster--at least thats what they told me--they replaced a module in dash as well as on windshield. This is suppose to control auto-lights at dusk and rain sening wipers.
Ill keep you posted after driving it again.

Glad to hear you're back on the road, hopefully no further issues. Please keep us posted- (despite our goofy diversion)! Seems strange that these sensor issues have occured simultaneously involving different systems. Any possibility they are inter-related?

It's not too early to familiarize yourself with your state's "Lemon Laws"!
