The forged is much lighter and equally as strong or stronger than the thicker and heavier cast wheels. Not to mention, cast wheels are cheaper to produce and cost between $500-$1,200 less per wheel than the same size forged wheel.

...you do have a point...maybe by "aftermarket junk" he meant the wheels weren't replicas/fakes?

sorry,I was on vacation,here are some quik pics I took tonight,will take some better pics in the morning.The wheels are 100% new and clean.Perfect!If nobody here wants them we will give the ebay thing a try.This is a nice set to pick up for a GL owner who wants to upgrade.
