Happy Thanksgiving!
Just a quick post to say "Happy Thanksgiving" to everyone! I'm very thankful for finding this forum this year, becoming better GL educated, as well as making some great new friends.
We're heading to the airport in a few minutes, but I look forward to catching up with the forum from the beach in the Turks & Caicos. And, sadly, ScottyB... I don't dive.
Talk to you all soon!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Personally, I'm getting up early so I can wash the new rides and take some photos....AHHH, the perfect Thanksgiving
Oh yeah, and the entire family comes to my house that afternoon....that will be great too

Travel safe, Stumble, and bring back happy memories.
Our gobblefest is at our place this year but I still get to be the chauffeur carting in-laws, cousins and aunts from airport. But, hey, at least I get to drive my GL so I am thankful for that.

Safe travel Stumble. Bring us back some sand and sun!
I'm Indian but we still celebrate Thanksgiving as well as Black Friday so happy eating and shopping all!
The GL will definitely be full of Woodbury Common outlet goods

Enjoy you all. We are driving in our new ride, with the shiny chrome wheels, to my daughter and her husband for their first thanksgiving in their new house. They live in Oakhurst at the gateway to Yosemite. Should have some white stuff and hope to give the traction in our sure footed GL a good test.

Everyone have fun and drive safe in those GLs!
We're staying home for once and not having any company so it should be a nice quiet TG. Oh wait, I have a 17 mos old daughter so it won't be quiet...
Anyway, I can't cook so we're having lasagna!

Safe travels to everybody!
I'm hosting Thanksgiving for the first time ever. For the past 50+ years, my Mom has hosted Thanksgiving. My Dad is 81 and not in the greatest of health and he can drive my Mom nuts, plus she gets so stressed out about having everything perfect for family gatherings, that I asked her if it would be easier on her if I hosted it this year. Without any hesitation, she said, "I think that's a great idea!". Poor Mom...I wonder if she's just been waiting for all of these years for somebody else to volunteer to host!
I've never cooked a turkey before (Chicky, I'm almost as bad as you with not being a Domestic Goddess!) so wish me luck!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. The pecan trees we planted several years ago are just starting to produce so Kristen will do her magic with the "Whitehouse Pecan Pie" and I will cajun fry two turkeys for the aunt, cousins, and friends.
