Just realized something new
For some, this might be old news, but the other night I noticed that when I turned the steering wheel while moving, the headlight beams followed. This was not the single foglight that illuminates the curb when one turns in slowly, but the actual headlight beams shift over. I tried it on the CL, which also has the Xenon lights, and it does it too. Again, this might be a dumb realization for some, but for me it was pretty cool. And it only took me 18 months of ownership to notice it .

Cool it is! It was a Lighting Package option on my 07 450 and at low speeds on twisty back roads here on the east coast......it is great!

I think if you look at the lighting package description, it described "Active Xenon headlights". You saw the active part in action, Joe. Like Asian says we all have those Eureka moments

I love it too! When I bought my GL I kind of thought this was just a gimmick, but on the dark, unlit country roads where I live this is really a very nice feature. It's very easy to notice on dark roads.

Drove to Fresno last night and every penny of the lighting package was worth it since there was a heavy fog past Tulare. The position of lights was perfectly illustrating the right shoulder. With Distronic engaged and Xenons kicking it was a smooth ride.
