National Treasure: Book of Secrets

Wonder if any of you saw it. They had a C280 W204 and GL450 in the movie. I think the GL was Desert Silver or Pewter. It had the Lighting Package, don't think it had Distronic though.

Yep, I saw it. Couldn't tell much about the GL because it was a short scene and it was shot at night. The C280 got a lot more airtime but also a lot more abuse!

How many cars do you think MBUSA gives the studios for filming a movie...I would guess two of each.

They give them cars and a huge budget for "advertising" their product ("product placement"). It's one of the many ways to ensure a movie's paid for, even if it gets horrible box office returns. (Though sometimes the PP money is linked to box office and awards won.)
