Side step bars: I need help with installation...
I have searched the internet to no avail. Bought this step bars for the GL for $200 but i need to install it myself. any instructions would definitely help. thanks!

$200 for a side step bars? That must not be original mercedes equipment. I bought one of those before . I went to the dealership and they would not put it on for me because it is not original equipment. I went to an independent shop against my wife wishes and was told that they have to modify some of it for it to fit. Now it sitting on my garage because after some modification it will not fit/it does not look good(looks like a supermodel wearing skirts you buy from a flea market). I have now the original step boards( not the tubular steps) and lost $ 200 in the process.
