Who'se lowered their GL?
I have read all of the posts I can find about lowering the GL, and am interested in one of two options: the ELM from Renntech or the aluminium links from adjustableairride.com.
I am pretty mechanically inclined so installing the links would be easy for me I'm sure, BUT I do like the adjustability of the Renntech ELM, and the fact that my local MB dealer sells/installs Renntech accessories.
Questions:
Have any of you installed either of the above lowering options?
How do you like the GL after it's been lowered, and how 'low' did you go?
I am primarily interested in whether the ride felt more 'stable' with the COG decreased versus the standard ride height.
TIA,
Bish

I had the carlsson module which is adjustable like the renntech and it continually made my battery die. I have lowering links now and I had them on my e55. I also had a brabus module on my cl65. My honest opinion is that's paying over 1k for a module is a complete waste. I am getting the same ride quality and drop for way less.
