The Kleemann site said there were increases in MPG reported by customers but I think it was based on installing the KD box early in the game while the mileage is improving during engine break-in. I got mine around 3k miles and noticed a 0.5 to 1 mpg drop that was primarily due to more spirited driving.

I might agree with ima55r2... I installed the KD-Box and now am noticing an increase in mileage but I installed the KD-Box in October and never had this truck in warm weather, which naturally would increase gas mileage... I still think it's worth the investment, the extra kick is nice.
