Mud Flap Installation

How difficult is the installation of the mud flaps? Do you have to remove the wheels? Is drilling required? Dealer wants $120 to install them.

'16 S550, '03 & '15 GMC Sierra 1500, '17 C300

I had front flaps installed (vehicle has OEM running boards - flaps cannot be installed on the rear). No drilling necessary. Friend of mine installed - about 20 minutes.

I thought it wuz the other way round...

2007 GL450 PE

I had the dealer install the rear mudflaps, didn't like doing it myself. No front mudflaps available if you have the running boards I have, see the picture.
