2009 GL550 Bluetooth Issues
looking for some help with connecting my htc touch phone with the 2009 bluetooth system.
i was able to pair it successfully the first time using the external authorization, and then was able to pair another family htc touch phone using the regular update and search.
the issue i'm having now is, i had to do a hard reset on my phone due to a program not uninstalling.
and now when i try to re-connect my phone i can't get it do do it with external or the regular update. the phone does somewhat connect to my phone when i press the update button on the command system, and it prompts me to enter a password. i entered a 5 digit pin in the command, and enter the same into my phone, but then my phone tells me either the password is wrong, or the connection failed.
has anyone else experienced this? any idea on how to get my phone to pair up again?
