Illuminated Door Sills
New to the Forum...LOVE IT!!!
Lots of great advice!
Thinking of purchasing the illuminated door sills for my GL450 from www.formymercedes.com. Has anyone purchased and installed them? Quality? Are they easy to install?

I have used their sills before on my c230, they stick on with double sided tape. They look ok, but they arent the best quality. And the illumination bars to go bad after a while. You need to cut into the cars wireing to wire them to the door switches. Will take 1-2 hours to install.
