What can I expect if I want to sell this to a private party and/or dealer? I may not buy another vehicle if I sell it to the dealer.
Both Nada and KBB say clean retail value as about 60K and clean trade in at about 55K.

I know the deal expired... but I'm sure the effect on used car price still lingers... 2009 Bluetec was $10K off MSRP. This made a nicely equipped ($65-70K MSRP) went for $55-60K (before further negotiation).
I bought my '08 6 months ago @ low 40's... granted mine has fewer options (all options above minus 19", cargo box, leather/wood steering wheels and leather), a lot higher miles (45K miles) but CPO (so mileage & time under warranty is more than yours)....
Taking into consideration the time difference (6 months), lower miles, options, no CPO, etc., I would guess you could expect to get $45-48K.
Just my thought.... may be wrong.
