New Owner - Bluetooth and iPod Questions

Second post here. Couple quick questions, not really problems...
1) iPod Integration
Have an iPod classic that connects fine. I find it strange that when connected, it just plays. Can't pause or stop, and when you change source to SAT or RADIO, it continues to play. Is this a glitch or problem? Am I doing something wrong?
2) Sirius Deals
Obviously, the car is used. Sirius was working at the sale, but soon after stopped. Plan on subscribing. I see MANY posts on how to renew for discounts online. Is there anything available for a Mercedes owner who wants to create a new account. I never had a trial subscription since the car is used.
3) Bluetooth Phone
Got the Bluetooth module, and it works great with my iPhone 3GS. Is there an operators manual for this? It isn't covered in any of the manuals, and I just want to review a couple issues.
a) The steering wheel only scrolls through last 5 recent called numbers. Can I change this?
b) The COMAND unit scrolls through the address book, but it duplicates all the entries. It also uses the "All Contacts" address book, not "My Contacts" on my iPhone. A bit unwieldy! I wonder if I can change which address book it syncs with.
