Help for a newbie on this forum.

Hello All, I am new to this forum and would appreciate a little help with some aftermarket wheels for my wife's GL450. I just picked up a GL450 for my wife, and while I love the car, It has rather small wheels when compared to the Gl 550. I like the look of the larger wheels and have found a set that I think will look good. They are a MB style design, as I do not want anything too flashy. here is a link http://www.oemwheelsplus.com/mb/22-w...heels-set.html
I would appreciate anyones thoughts on this design and how it would look but am really curious about a few things:
Planning on going with a pirelli scorpion 305 35 22, is that a good size? Will there be sufficient side wall height so that it looks appropriate for a truck?
How will the ride be effected/compromised?
Does hub centric mean that it will be a proper fitment? no spacers?

I have had AMG cars in the past and currently drive an Audi S8. I really like the more aggressive look that the larger wheels provide. I have never needed aftermarket wheels as all the cars came with pretty large wheels. I have no experience with this and hope I don't make the car look (for lack of a better word) ghetto with 22 inch wheels. 20 inch just doesn't seem like enough.
Thank you in advance,
Best, Carl

A friend of mine in Florida has some take-off GL550 wheels, if you want to stick with OEM. Wheels, tires, and TPMS in place - if you're curious send me an email (joborras@speedriven.com) and I'll pass along their contact info.
