The voice command on the car is not bad. Especially if you have the text read speed set to high.

I can't seem to dial a phone number by name for some reason. I set voice tags for my main contacts. When I say "Dial name", command should respond "Please say the name" according to the manual. But in my system, it shows a list of contacts and says "Please select line number" which is not very intuitive. When I say a name instead, it just cancels voice command.
