I have a 2008 GL450 with the factory iPod integration kit. I use an old, probably circa 2005-2006, iPod Nano - it's the PRODUCT (RED) version. Occasionally, in the information screen on the dash I'll get a message simply saying "Error" when I try to play the iPod. When I resync it works again, but it's done this a number of times. Has anyone else seen this error? Is there some place where I can find officially supported iPod versions? I don't know if that's the problem, but before complaining to the dealer I wanted to cover my bases. Thanks!
