Entire address book wiped out

Entire address book wiped out
My wife started our GL450 yesterday and found that her entire address book, including our Home address, was wiped out from the Nav system. Has anyone seen this before?

I was resetting my clock and was asked if i wanted to reset and I shouldn't have everything stored was erased.

There is a glitch somewhere in the command software that does this, usually once. Never heard of a fix, and had to re enter everything manually.
Sucks, but after it happened to me that one time, it's been perfect ever since.
