Pry off the remains and see how it is attached?

Or just buy the new one and notice how everything is to be arranged.

I am asking since i purchased the car at an auction and can drive it till federal inspection . I i need to flatbed it to a garage for remove the bumper or can i install it at the inspection center.

Just take the 6 bolts off and remove the bumper - about 10 minutes work. 2 on the back, and 2 on each side (2 accessible from inside, one from the wheel well).

Also, from that pic, it looks like its a simple snap in. You can pry out the other side as its alread broken and there doesn't seem to be any extra pieces hanging out indicating there is nothing fastening it or holding it in place. Simple snap tabs on both sides seems to be how its held in place.

Snaps right in. Brought it to my local dealer, picked up the part and they snapped it right in.
