Trade in 2010 GL for 2012 ML

If you no longer need the 3rd row then it makes sense to go with the new ML which I think is pretty good looking, especially the gorgeous new interior. Once my two kids are out of car seats and walk on their two feet without stroller then I'll go back to 2-row SUV's as well. And no, I don't think you are "downgrading" to the new ML.
