Will installing 22" wheel and tires hurt traction control and etc...?

2008 GL 450
Will installing 22" wheel and tires hurt traction control and etc...?
I'm seriously considering getting 22" wheels and 305-40-22 tires on my 2008 GL450. Would it really hurt the traction control on the car? And would it affect turning radious, and would it rub against the suspension?
